The Prevention and Treatment of Combat, Post-Traumatic, and Critical Incident Stress
Living can be hard, dangerous and injurious. No one is immune from the effects of trauma. Handling trauma quickly and effectively is the best way to prevent chronic, potentially disabling conditions from taking hold.
Dr. Bryce Lefever is a board certified clinical psychologist who has provided over 30 seminars in 8 countries. He has intervened in over 60 traumatic events including five aircraft mishaps. Dr. Lefever provides the basics for handling trauma, facing difficulty, and prevention of PTSD.
He offers treatment strategies for the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder as well as for the ongoing maintenance of teams (including combat teams) which frequently encounter trauma. These include firefighters, police, emergency medical responders, emergency room personnel, as well as combat soldiers, sailors and marines.
Fees = $200 per person per day (or a group fee may be arranged).
